Naturally Holistic Health
INVISION HEALTH

Natural health called to me as I grew tired of the way I was living. I believed there had to be a better way. I wanted formal training so I could learn how to better care for myself, and I was prepared to make a change. When I enrolled at Trinity School of Natural Health on March 2, 2020—just as the world began to shift with the onset of COVID-19—I couldn’t have imagined how deeply it would influence my journey. I finally had a path.

My most recent achievement occurred in early 2024, when I was accepted into the Advanced Iridology Fellowship Program with the International Iridology Practitioners Association (IIPA). This rigorous five-year program is designed to challenge practitioners and advance the field. As part of my requirements, I serve on a committee supporting the Board of Directors, and I have the privilege of working with iridology experts who teach, write textbooks, and host podcasts. This opportunity came after I became internationally board-certified in Iridology Levels I, II, and III with IIPA.

While my professional journey was expanding, my personal health was also transforming. During my time with Trinity, I lost 75 pounds as I learned how to eat properly, support my body, and manage a busy lifestyle. I was introduced to the Foundations of Health, a concept I had never heard of before, and it changed the way I approached my own well-being. I am currently writing a book that compiles the articles I have written and published during the Fellowship. These articles focus on iridology, natural health practices, and how they are connected. One of my most compelling articles, “Ancestral Trauma, Iridology, and the Impact on the Nervous System,” has become the centerpiece of this book. In addition, I sought board certification in all my other Trinity courses.

Looking back, Trinity gave me more than academic training—it opened my eyes to principles I had never encountered before. The simple phrase, “The body will heal itself if given the chance,” changed everything for me. I grew up in a household where hard work replaced self-care, where health was not intentionally guarded but taken for granted until it was gone. Both my parents lived with that mindset and passed away young. They did not know there was another way. Realizing that this cycle was not inevitable—that health could be nurtured and restored—was revolutionary. Now, my work is about sharing that message. This is what I love about the work, and this is what I am committed to teaching my clients.

Trinity has given me a strong foundation in good health, which has led to both direction and purpose in my life. During the Master Iridology course, something extraordinary happened: the material felt deeply familiar, almost as if I were remembering something my spirit had always known. That recognition ignited a spark that grew into a passion guiding my career ever since. After earning my certification through Trinity and becoming internationally board-certified with IIPA, new doors began to open, confirming that when you apply yourself and have Trinity School of Natural Health to support you, you naturally move toward the work you are meant to do.

Today, that belief continues to shape the way I live, learn, and practice. Trinity’s programs, dedicated instructors, and commitment to board certification in every course have given me a solid foundation to support others on their healing journeys. From my groundwork studies at Trinity through the advanced Fellowship program, the education I received keeps rippling outward through my work, my research, and my ongoing commitment to share what I have learned with others.
