Description: This lecture explores the spiritual disciplines that nurture and sustain the Christian life. These practices serve as tools for deepening our relationship with God, shaping our character, and equipping us to live faithfully in a complex world. It includes both inward disciplines - simplicity, solitude, prayer, and meditation - that create space for encountering God, quieting distractions, and reordering our lives around what truly matters, as well as personal and communal practices - fasting, journaling, worship, covenant, fellowship, celebration, and servanthood - that help us grow in devotion, accountability, and joyful service.
