The American Association of Nutritional Consultants combats public ignorance and adverse legislation. We work tirelessly to enhance the prestige and professional status of all our members. We are dedicated to preserving the right of unlicensed nutritional professionals to provide nutritional education to individuals in order to improve overall their health and well-being.
The policy of the AANC is to avoid legislation that would limit the number of health professionals; to promote the education of consumers on the vast array of natural choices available; and be a voice for health freedom on the local and national level. A Not-for-profit religious and educational organization, we are committed Christians dedicated to the restoration and maintenance of health through adherence to scriptural principles. Such principles include, but are not limited to, the stewardship of the body (God's Temple), following a wholesome diet and using proper exercise to build the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of the person. We assist our members in a number of ways, including the writing of letters of support for families who choose to exercise their right to refuse vaccinations based on their religious beliefs.
