By registering for a Trinity Event, I agree to the following:
I will not practice medicine or any other practice reserved currently by state law for licensed professions. Trinity School of Natural Health does not provide job placement or make the promise of a job available.
Events may be recorded by the staff of Trinity School of Natural Health. I understand that my image may be captured, edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. This release applies to photographic, audio, or video recordings collected as part of this event. I hereby release any and all claims against Trinity School of Natural Health for utilizing this material for educational and promotional purposes. I understand that I am not permitted to personally record any portions of this event.
I understand that Trinity School of Natural Health is not responsible for any reimbursement of fees associated with travel in the unlikely circumstance that the event is canceled.
I understand that in the event I need to cancel my EVENT registration, I will receive a 50% refund if canceled on or before 21 days prior to the first day of the event. A cancellation request submitted after this date will not receive a refund.
By checking the box and submitting my registration, I am stating that I agree to abide by Trinity School of Natural Health's policies and understand that any decision made is at the discretion of the Staff at Trinity School of Natural Health.
By enrolling in the ND program and registering for a Trinity Live Event, I agree to the following:
I will not practice medicine or any other practice reserved currently by state law for licensed professions. Trinity School of Natural Health does not provide job placement or make promise of a job available.
I must pass each exam with a grade of 85% or higher to fulfill the requirement for course completed either at the event or through online testing. I agree all work must be my own and I must retake any failed exams in order to secure a passing score.
I understand the time limit to complete the requirements of my ND program is 36 months from the date of my enrollment.
If I choose to cancel my enrollment with Trinity School of Natural Health, the request must be submitted in writing and the refund policy is as follows: up to 2 weeks from my enrollment date receives a 100% refund, weeks 3-4 from the enrollment date receives a 50% refund, and greater than 4 weeks from the enrollment date is not eligible for a refund.
