January recipe: Turkey Breakfast Sausage

1 lb ground Turkey
1 small Onion, peeled and finely chopped
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Marjoram
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Sage
2 Tbsp Whole Grain Bread Crumbs
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp Butter
Mix all the ingredients together. Form into patties and saute in butter.
To store in the freezer, form into patties and store in an airtight plastic container using parchment paper to line the container and separate the patties.
