Registration and Fees
Credit cards, personal checks and money orders are accepted for tuition payment and must be in U.S. dollars. The application
must be filled out entirely in order for Trinity School of Natural Health to process your application. Your enrollment and shipment
of course materials will be delayed should the application not be filled out completely, or if payment is not with the application.
Please contact Trinity if you have any questions concerning the application.
Trinity requires a small photograph for each student's file. This photo must be received prior to a student receiving their diploma.
This photo is not used or published anywhere at this time. The photograph must be a small (no larger than a 4x6) photograph.
The student's name and student ID number must be on the back of the photograph. Photographs can only be accepted by
mail or email.
All students will be charged a $250 nonrefundable application fee, which is included in the tuition prices. An installment plan
is available. Please see our application for the installment plan prices. We allow each student to choose the due date for
the installment plan. We are able to offer due dates on the 10th or 20th. If a date is not selected on your application, we will
automatically use the 10th of the month. We do allow a grace period of 15 days. If a payment does not arrive within the grace
period, a late payment fee of $25 will be applied to your account.
A student can add on additional programs at any time for a minimal fee. There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee for each
program added. Each class will then be $200.

Course Materials
The first two courses will be sent immediately upon completion of the application and financial arrangements. Trinity School
of Natural Health will pay the postage to send the materials to the student. The student will be responsible for the postage
necessary to return each completed course. Any textbooks or CDs are the responsibility of the student and are generally
available in bookstores (most courses do not require lecture CDs and some courses do not require textbooks). For more
information on the materials, please visit Reagan's Bookstore (
www.reagansbookstore.com).
Courses may be changed as materials become out of print or as the Academic Committee approves other offerings. Trinity will
make every provision to assist those who find themselves in the midst of changes in course offerings.

Refund Policy
Students who withdraw from their program of study within the first 30 days will receive a
100% refund on the tuition price of their program, minus the nonrefundable application
fee and the fee for any completed courses. A pro-rated refund, minus the nonrefundable
application fee and the fee for any completed classes, will be provided to those who
withdraw after the initial 30 days, but before 18 months, commensurate with governing
state laws and the commission on proprietary education. Tuition is considered fully
earned after 18 months and the student will not be eligible for a refund. The time frame
for refund applies to the enrollment of a program. Should a student only enroll in one
course, and not complete the course within the three-month time frame, all monies are
considered fully earned for that course and are non-refundable.
›
Time Limit for the Program
There is no set time in which the student must complete any individual course;
however, the student must complete the entire program within five years from the date
of enrollment. The five-year time limit applies to the Doctor of Naturopathy, Master
Herbalist, Certificate in Nutritional Counseling, Master Iridologist and Associate Degree
in Biblical Studies programs. The Certified Health Specialist must be completed within
two years. Should a student be facing "hardships" in completing their program within
the allotted time frame, a request for an exception must be sent in writing, prior to the
end of the appropriate time limit for the program. The request for an exception must be
reviewed and the student will be notified of the decision made. Each student has three
years to complete additional programs, if added.
Should a student wish to enroll in individual classes and not a program, that student will
have a three month time limit per course. Should the course not be completed within
that time frame, all policies will apply and the student will not be eligible for a refund on
the individual courses as monies paid would be considered fully earned.

Transfer of Credits
Transfer of credits from another college is allowed. Trinity School of Natural Health limits
credit transfers to three courses in order to help students develop a thoroughly consistent
philosophy traditionally associated with the Trinity diploma.

Statement of Agreement
I understand that a nontraditional school offers this program. I agree that I will use any
designation I receive in accordance with applicable laws in the state in which I reside.
I understand that this program does not qualify me to practice medicine or any other
practice reserved currently by state law for licensed professions.
I understand that Trinity School of Natural Health will supply the course exams; however,
I will be required to purchase my own textbooks or other course materials. Trinity will
pay the cost of shipping exams to me and I will pay the postage to return assignments
to Trinity.
I understand that no employment will be offered to me as a result of taking any program
from Trinity School of Natural Health.
I agree to retake any exams in which I fail in order to secure a passing score, and that
the decision of the faculty and administration is final.
There is no set time in which I must complete any individual course; however, it is my
intention to complete the entire program within five years from the date of enrollment.
The five-year time limit applies to the Doctor of Naturopathy, Master Herbalist, Certificate
in Nutritional Counseling, Master Iridologist and Associate Degree in Biblical Studies
programs. The Certified Health Specialist program has a two-year time limit. I agree
to abide by the school's handbook concerning all matters pertaining to enrollment
and completion of the program. I also understand that should I add on an additional
program, I will be given three years to complete that program. I understand that should I
take just one course and not a program, I have a time limit of three months. I understand
that should the course not be completed within the appropriate time limit, all monies will
be lost and I cannot complete that course/program.
I understand that time is of the essence in any financial agreement; therefore, the final
course will not be issued until all monies have been received.
I understand that since this is considered a professional, educational experience, all
course assignments MUST be typed and double-spaced unless the directions of the
course tell me differently.
I understand the terms of the refund policy and acknowledge that tuition is considered
fully earned after 18 months, and all application fees are nonrefundable.
